Omaha High/Low is a "split pot" game. During the last few years, Omaha High/Low has been the fastest growing poker game in the world. You can play this game not only in casinos, but also online. Players love it because it is an action game.

When you play Omaha High/Low there are 5,277 four-card combinations that can be dealt with a 532-card deck. It means that there are 270,725 combinations that can be made and most of these will be losers. If you want to win the pot in Hi-Lo, the best starting hand is A-A-2-3 double suited. Double suited means that the A-2 is suited and the A-3 is suited as well.

In Online Omaha High/Low before any cards are dealt, the two players to the left of the dealer button place the Small Blind and the Big Blind in the pot. The blinds are put in to start the action. After that everyone is dealt four cards, which are face down. The action begins with the player to the left of the Big Blind. He can fold, call, or raise. Play continues with all players making one of these decisions. After this first round of betting three cards are dealt face-up in the center of the table. These cards are also known as community cards or "the Flop". The player to the left of the dealer button acts first. A player may now Check or Bet. If there is betting or raising in front of him, he may Call, Raise, or Fold. After this second round of betting another card is dealt face-up. It is also known as the "The Turn". This is the third betting round and the size of the bet doubles. The betting starts with the player closest to the left of the button. At this point the final round of betting occurs. The dealer turns over the last card, known as "The River" or "Fifth Street".

According to the rules of Omaha High/Low poker the winner must split the pot. He has to split the pot with the player who has the best qualifying low hand. Sometimes there is no a player with the correspondent low hand, which qualifies him for the part of the pot. In this case the player with winning hand takes the entire pot.
